Back by popular demand, here is the 2020 Directory of Local Community Organizations. In the following pages, you will find an updated (but not exhaustive) list of community services, as well as the coordinates of key government services.
Over the past four years, I have enjoyed the privilege of getting the bird’s-eye view of many of the activities the passionate people from Hull-Aylmer have undertaken. Working with seniors, accompanying youth, helping integrate immigrants, mentoring entrepreneurs, combating addictions, supporting young parents, comforting victims of violence, counselling the violent, and the list goes on and on.
To all those who are going above and beyond the call of duty to help, to care, to comfort, and simply to stand alongside your fellow residents: please accept my thanks for your efforts on behalf of everyone in Hull-Aylmer.
To those of you who are curious as to how you too can contribute to the well-being of our community, flip through the pages of this guide to inspire you to take part in the organizations listed herein. If none of these organizations speak to you, it is my sincere hope this means that there is a gap which you will be inspired to fill!
My team and I are always available to listen and be of service to you.
Be good.
